Remembrance and links to religion- why do we have remembrance services? what purpose do they serve?
Community- getting the students to think about all of the different communities they are part of and the people that make up those communities. The roles that individual's play within this and their own roles. The students encouraged to think about where they go and where they feel safe and a sense of belonging.
Places of worship- building on the diversity of the school and the different faiths encouraging students to share the different places that they go to worship. Students sharing key ideas with one another.

Believe in God- encouraging students to think about what it is that they do believe in and have lots of discussions around this.
Describing God- Evan Almighty- omnipotent, omnipresent, omniscient and omnibenevolent. Seeing how others view god and seeing if the students agreed and encouraging them to talk about why they felt the way they did.
Creation- Big Bang Theory and the idea of Christian evolution, exploring this.
Christian Nativity scene- getting the students to engage with what a contemporary nativity may look like and designing it.
